We are happy to welcome you in Oslo for the 6th Norwegian Conference on the History of Science. The meeting is organized by The Norwegian Museum of Science and Technology, the national museum of technology, industry, science and medicine, which in 2014 celebrated its 100th anniversary. The event is generously supported by The Science Studies Colloquium Series, University of Oslo and The British Society for the History of Science.
The conference will bring together scholars working on the history of science, medicine and technology on any theme, topic or period to discuss historical, epistemological, political, institutional and ethical issues of relevance to both a Scandinavian and an international audience. The conference aims at providing a forum for stimulating discussions among researchers of all nationalities at all stages of their careers.
